Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
我 的 心 哪 、 你 為 何 憂 悶 、
為 何 在 我 裡 面 煩 躁 ． 應 當 仰 望 神 ．
因 我 還 要 稱 讚 他 ． 他 是 我 臉 上 的 光 榮 、
〔 原 文 作 幫 助 〕 是 我 的 神 。
